Terms and Conditions:
The Plan was designed by the
Partner who is giving the Owner permission to place it for sale in the Owner’s online store located at
www.wallenderengineering.com/plans. The Owner has Exclusive rights to
market and distribute the Plan. Copywrite shall be to
www.wallenderengineering.com while the Owner is marketing the Plan. The Owner agrees to pay the Partner
the appropriate percentage rate of commission from retail sales of the plan. Rates outlined in the following table:
1-3 published plans = 20% of retail
4-9 published plans = 25% of retail
10+ published plans = 30% of retail Payment shall be made to the Partner
for sales of the Plan no later than 30 days after sale. This Agreement constitutes the entire
Agreement between the Owner and the Partner and supercedes any other verbal or written agreements. This Agreement may only be amended or
modified by mutual and written consent of both parties to it. This Agreement is written pursuant to
the laws of the State of California. Any actions to enforce or dispute any provisions included in the Agreement must be undertaken
in the State of California.
