Commission Structure:
Partners will be paid the appropriate percentage rate of commission from retail sales of their plans according to the rates outlined in the following table:

If your plans are to be bound and sent through the mail to the customer, you receive 30% of the retail-selling price.
If your plans are to be downloaded at the time of purchase, you receive 50% of the retail-selling price.

*Bonus* 6+ published plans = Personalized Nameplate stating "Designed By: Your Name". The nameplate will be sent with your plan to be attached to your design.

Plan Requirements:

Following are the requirements for the plan to be submitted for approval:

Design Requirements

  • Please make your drawing easy to read.
    For example, use simple measurements. Fractions work well but try to stay away from 3 decimal places where possible.
  • The Title block must contain the following:
    Designer's name
    Drafter's name
    Wallender Engineering
    www.wallenderengineering.com
    Drawing # (to be filled in by Wallender Engineering on approval)

Here is a handy check list for you to ensure you haven't left anything out of your package.
  • Drawing - Have you met the requirements stated above?
  • Bill of Materials - If you didn't submit a URL for an online Bill of Materials, please remember to include it in your package.
  • Source Sheet - If you didn't submit a URL for Source Sheet, please remember to include it in your package.
  • Photo of finished product to go in store - If you didn't submit a URL for a photo of the finished product, please remember to include it in your package. If you don't have one, can you provide one of something similar perhaps? Please let us know.
  • Photo of Yourself to be included in store - If you didn't submit a URL for a photo of yourself, please remember to include it in your package. Please advise if you wish the photo to be returned.
  • Partner's Agreement - Have you printed out a copy and signed it for inclusion in your package? If not, please go here to print it out.
