 29 September 2004: This project contains a complete set of drawings to build a small roll bender. In this design, the maximum capacity is a 180mm (7") wide sheet. Maximum thickness of sheet would be approx. 2 mm (0.08"). All dimensions can be scaled to appropriate needs. The apparatus is built using a small lathe and a small drill press. This project will give you a good chance to test your skill with a file and a vice.
